Carol Sue  Carlson, MD Carol Sue Carlson, MD, specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is fellowship trained in Interventional Pain procedures. Dr. Carlson received her medical degree from Albany Medical College, Albany, New York in 2005 where she also completed her Internship, 2006, and Residency in Medicine and Rehabilitation, 2006-2009. Dr. Carlson completed an Interventional Pain Management Fellowship, 2009-10, at Champlain Spine and Pain Management, Plattsburgh, NY. She is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation as well as Pain Medicine.
