Thomas Harvey, MD
Dr. Thomas Harvey received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Harvey recently completed a fellowship in Cornea, Refractive and Anterior Segment at Baylor College of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology, Houston, Texas. Dr. Harvey has a special interest in common corneal problems and their treatment including:
Anti-inflammatory therapies for dry eye Lamellar transplantation for abnormal corneas Laser incisional technologies
Astigmatism management
Cataract surgery
Refractive surgery
He enjoys being a “dad”, playing tennis, pontooning and Saturday afternoon adventures at Camp Randall Stadium cheering on the Badgers.
Once worked for a firm printing candy bar wrappers.
He has been instrumental in organizing several eye surgery missions to Honduras.
