Patricia Sontag, RNC, FNP, MS
Patricia Sontag, FNP, received her RN degree at Winona State University, Winona, MN, in 1977. She completed her Masters of Science in Public Health Nursing in 1984 at the University of Illinois-Chicago and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Ms. Sontag has a special interest in Women’s health, treating chronic disease, wellness, general pediatrics, treating depression and anxiety.
