Dr. Kowski obtained a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, San Francisco, California. He completed his residency from the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Hayward, California in 1994. Dr. Kowski is Board Certified, a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, and a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Kowski’s philosophy for his practice is to treat his patients with respect and dignity.
