Carolyn Hardesty, MD
Carolyn Lee Hardesty MD, received her Medical Degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Cleveland, Ohio in 2006. She completed her Family Medicine residency through the Ohio State University Rural Family Medicine Program, Bellefontaine, Ohio in 2009.
Dr. Hardesty has a passionate interest in providing rural patients, their families and communities full spectrum health care, from birth through death.
